This was a total home remodel in South Lakeland.

This home was completly demoed down to the studs. A new floor plan was created that was more flexible and inviting.

This home is starting to come together. Walls have been framed and the MEP trades have almost finished their work.

Even the header above the garage was replaced. Existing was just (2) 2x6’s and they were sagging almost 2”.

Creating a new front entry for the home. All new sidewalk and driveway were installed.

With all the work done to the interior of the home we just could not leave the exterior as it was. All the old was taken down and a new board and batten exterior was installed.

Client chose a painted finish that they wanted to do themselves.

All the old handrailing on the front porch was removed and replaced.

Had to shore up the front of this home in order to increase the square footage by pushing the front of the home out 6’

The electric, plumbing, and HVAC were all handled by licensed professionals.

Handrailing was secured using stainless steel screws. No rusting screw heads here!!!

Little cubby hole for a future retractable TV.

Repurposed and refinished some cabinetry to really make this office look professional.

The clients wanted the old brick steps removed and matching paver steps installed.

Deck replacement in South Lakeland.

The client was hoping that the framing underneath was in good condition but upon further inspection it was in bad shape and needed to be replaced with new.

Here is the finished product with all new handrailing.

Like a tongue and groove ceiling on your porch. We do that!

Outdoor shed to home office conversion in South Lakeland

All new trex decking installed using their hidden fastener system really gives a clean look to this deck.

Once install was complete all handrailing was treated with 2 coats of minwax helmsman to give it the UV protection so that it will last for years to come.

Front porch was feeling jealous so we took care of it.
